Propane Delivery Services
* In order to guarantee delivery, requests must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled route day.
*If you have a gate it is required to be open, or a combo / key must be provided.
* If you have dogs, please have them put away on the scheduled route day.
Regular Delivery
This is the most convenient type of service for our customers! We monitor the propane tank for you and our drivers generally fill the tank when the gauge reads between 20% and 30%. (This service requires a credit check)

You are responsible for monitoring your tank and when the gauge reads between 20% and 30%, call us to request a delivery and we will schedule it for your next route day. (This service requires a credit check)

*You must request your delivery 24-48 hours prior to your delivery date and we have up to 7 business days to make the delivery.
* If you run yourself out of gas there are additional fees to pressurize the lines.

Will Call - Pre-paid
You are responsible for monitoring the tank. When the gauge reads between 20% - 30% call us to request a delivery. We will estimate the cost and take payment prior to scheduling a delivery. Since the amount you pay is an estimate, you will either receive a credit to your Kemgas account (in case you overpaid) or you will receive a bill in the mail (in case you underpaid).

OPEN A PRE-PAID WILL CALL ACCOUNT
Metered Account
These are specific accounts that have a centrally located tank with a meter at each location that tracks usage, similar to PG&E. At the end of each month we come out and read the meter and send you a bill for the amount of gas you used.
Opening a Metered Account requires a $250.00 deposit. This deposit is paid before your account is opened and the gas is turned on. This deposit is required because you will be using the propane before you are billed for it. Your $250.00 deposit will remain on record with your account until the account is closed. The deposit will then be applied to your last month’s balance and you will either receive a refund or will be billed for any overage.
